    5. Fees & Payment

    Our fees are agreed in advance and outlined in our letter of engagement. Payment terms are typically 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fouracre Accountancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
